4 bedrooms:   2 bedrooms with 1 queen each, 1 bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin, 1 bedroom with 2 queens.

 

2 full bathrooms. Wi-Fi. Full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and dish washer. Laundry room. Sunny front porch, game room, back deck.

Reservations

If you would like to stay at the house, check the Calendar page for available dates and submit your request via email or by filling out the request form on the home page.

  • The house is limited to stays of family only, or people who come as guests with family members. 

  • Note: Due to COVID-19, beginning May 1, 2020 reservations will require 3-days of empty house between them.

  • Stays can be up to 1 week in duration at this time.

  • Each person can reserve 2 stays per calendar year.

  • There is a cleaning fee of $100 per stay. This will ensure the house is cleaned and ready for guests, and covers cleaning and laundry after you leave in preparation for the next guests. Payment can be made in advance by using PayPal or Venmo.

  • Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email explaining how to pay.

Ranch house rules 

We appreciate everyone being respectful of this loving home-- 
Grammie and Grandpa will love having the home filled with family!

  1. No smoking in the house.

  2. Keep doors closed and locked during your stay when absent from the premises.

  3. The septic system is old and a bit delicate. Make sure you flush the toilets at least once every single time you use it -- do not flush big quantities of anything (toilet paper or you-know-what) down the toilet at one time. For the same reason, do not pour grease down the kitchen sink and put food waste in the garbage, not down the sink drain.

  4. The speed limit on the lane is 15 mph. The road is gravel and wildlife is present.

Pet responsibilities:  

  • If you bring your pet, you will need to be responsible for picking up all pet waste in a timely fashion, and doing a perimeter check prior to leaving
    .

  • Always keep track of your pet's whereabouts. And remember this is a working ranch--be respectful of other animals and machines.

 

Prior to leaving at the end of your stay:

  • Remove bedding and place in pile in bedroom.

  • Empty refrigerator.

  • Put garbage out in garbage can in garage.

  • Last check for pet waste from your pet.

  • Turn off lights.

  • Lock the house and place key in specified place.
