The house is limited to stays of family only, or people who come as guests with family members. 

Stays can be up to 1 week in duration at this time.

Each person can reserve 2 stays per calendar year.

There is a cleaning fee of $100 per stay. This will ensure the house is cleaned and ready for guests, and covers cleaning and laundry after you leave in preparation for the next guests. Payment can be made in advance by using PayPal or Venmo.
